Louise Cooper Bell Bentley
Louise Bell Bentley died Saturday, March 2, 2013, at Hillcrest Hospital. Louise was born on May 22, 1924, a daughter of the late Renzie Lacy Cooper and Fannie Cook Cooper. She was a longtime member of First Baptist Church in Fountain Inn.
Surviving are a daughter, Anne Bell Stockman; a son and daughter-in-law, Charlie and Jackie Bell; grandchildren, Christy King, Allison (Scott) Timmons, David (Sarah) Bell; great-grandchildren, Ryan King, Mason King, Ethan Timmons, Lacey Timmons, Logan Bell, and Celia Kate Bell; step-granddaughters, Dr. Laura (Jason) Broyles and Dr. Andrea (James) Hawk; and step-grandchildren, Max and Theo Stein, and Zadie and Lane Hawk.
Also, surviving are step-children Karen Bentley (Eddie) Gault, Randall Bentley, and Kevin; and brother, Vernon (Betty) Cooper.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Thomas Bell, her second husband, Paul H. Bentley and a daughter-in-law Celia Burton Bell.
The family wishes to extend special thanks to the ICU staff at Hillcrest Hospital and to Louise’s caregivers; Shamica Thompson, Clara Calwile, Nancy Campbell, and Fran Bailey.
Visitation will be at 1:00 PM Monday, March 4, 2013, at First Baptist Church Fountain Inn. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Cannon Memorial Park.
The family will be at the home of Charlie and Jackie Bell.
