Kattie Mae Williams
Kattie M. Williams, 77, of Simpsonville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, August 29, 2017.
Born in Mattson, MS, she was a daughter of the late Tom and Tankie Gou Johnson.
She is survived by her ex-husband of 36 years, Elmer Williams; two sons, Elmer Williams Jr. and Jeff Williams; daughters, Anita Williams, Vivian Williams, Faye (Jack) Tidwell, and Carol (Melvin) Johnson; sixteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two brothers, Leon Johnson and Perry Johnson; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a son, Billy Johnson; a daughter, Kathy Williams; three brothers, Tommy, Walter, and Eddie Johnson; and one sister, Louise Webster.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at 2:30 PM in the chapel at Heritage Funeral Home with Pastor Ronnie Rose officiating.
The family will receive friends starting at 1:00 PM prior to the service.
Burial will be in Cannon Memorial Park following the service.
