Henry Paul Dominiak

Henry “Hank” Paul Dominiak, 80, of Simpsonville, husband of Sally Biekert Dominiak, died on Friday, November 13, 2015.

Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Mr. Dominiak was the son of the late Adam Dominiak and the late Cecilia Warminski Dominiak.

A member of St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church, Mr. Dominiak was a 28-year veteran firefighter with the City of Pittsburgh, PA Fire Department where he retired as Captain.

In addition to his wife, Sally, of 50 years, Mr. Dominiak is survived by his son, Joe Dominiak and his wife, Sonia, of Los Angeles, Calif; his daughter, Janice D. Freeman and her husband, Vincent, of Varnville, S.C.; two grandchildren, Eric Dominiak and Nicholas Freeman; one brother, Bernard Dominiak of Pittsburg, PA; and one sister, Theresa D. Grindle of Lancaster, Calif.

He was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home.

A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 PM on Friday, November 20, 2015 in the chapel at Heritage Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Graceland East Memorial Park.
