Henry Edward Tatum, III

Henry “Ed” Tatum, III, 72, of Simpsonville, passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2018. Born in Nashville, he was the son of the late Henry Edward Tatum, Jr. and the late Mamie Martin Tatum.

Mr. Tatum is survived by two sons, Nathaniel Tatum and his wife Kim of Fountain Inn and Ricky Campbell and his wife Sondra of New Iberia, LA; two daughters, Elizabeth Tatum of Simpsonville and Rebecca Swafford and her husband Steven of Fountain Inn; nine grandchildren, Brent and Taylor Hamby, Bailey Graves, Tristin Sullivan, Cale Swafford, and Jonathan, Keambre, Hunter, and Brayden Campbell; three great grandchildren, Mikelle and Cadence Hamby and Creed Callahan; a brother Karl Tatum and his wife Nancy of Mauldin; and a sister Jan Bender of Atlanta.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Tatum was preceded in death by an infant brother, Jeffrey Tatum.

A Visitation will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018 at Cannon Funeral Home from 1:00 pm to 2:20 pm. A Funeral Service will be in the Chapel at Cannon Funeral Home beginning at 2:30 pm. Interment will be at Graceland East Memorial Park following the service.
