Floyd “Chip” Lester McMullan
Floyd “Chip” L. McMullan, 73, of Simpsonville, husband of Patricia “Missy” McMullan, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, May 27, 2016.
Born September 19, 1942 in Washington, DC he was a son of the late Loyd Lester McMullan and the late Margaret Catherine Haran McMullan. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, Missy, he is survived by three daughters, Terri Phillips, of Florida, Cindy Brittain of Nevada, and Patricia Barker and her husband, Mike, of Simpsonville; one step-son, Jason DeBoard of Texas; two grandsons, Bradley Brittain and his wife, Naomi, of Texas, and Noah Barker of Simpsonville; one brother, Kenneth McMullan and his wife, Bay, of Virginia; and one sister, Nancye Thomas and her husband, William, of Ohio; and his beloved dogs, “Chloe Dawg” and “Abigail Dawg.”
He was preceded in death by one brother, William Oliver McMullan; and one sister, Mary Loyd McMullan.
A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the chapel at Heritage Funeral Home with Rev. Brett Aiken officiating.
The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
