Betty Jean Lamprecht
Betty Jean Lamprecht, 90, of Fountain Inn, widow of Alfred E. Lamprecht, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, May 25, 2022.
Born in Rossville, GA, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Lula Couch. She was retired from Kemet, and a member of Grace Community Bible Church. After retiring, Betty and her late husband Fred enjoyed traveling the United States.
Mrs. Lamprecht is survived by her children, Darlene Smith (Ken) of Simpsonville, Carl Lamprecht of Fountain Inn and Karen Lyke (Chuck) of Simpsonville; twelve grandchildren, Lea Brandt (David), Lauren Smith, Lyndsey Smith, Chanie Smith, Chad Smith, Patrick Smith (Dina), Andrew Riddle, Brittany Lamprecht, Denissa Lamprecht, Elizabeth Lamprecht (Ricky), Nathanael Lamprecht, and Erik Lamprecht; and seven great-grandchildren, Ace Ellis, Theo Dufault, Riley Dufault, Alex Smith, Patton Smith, Emma Smith, and Raegan Smith.
She was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Grace Lamprecht and a son-in-law, Mike Smith; three sisters and three brothers.
A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at 2:00 pm in the Heritage Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Graceland East Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home starting at 1:00 pm.
