Peggy Clamp Wilson

Peggy Clamp Wilson, 81, of Piedmont, widow of Joseph “Frank” Wilson went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, March 29, 2024.

Born in Ware Shoals, SC, she was a daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Alewine Clamp.

Mrs. Wilson is survived by her children, John Wilson, Jay Wilson, and Beth Sports and her husband, Jerry; grandchildren, Faith Yeargin, Hope Agner (Timothy), Kayla Wilson, Abbie Wilson, Megan Wilson, and Elizabeth Greene; and two great-grandchildren.

She was a Member of Washington Baptist Church, Pelzer SC. She loved her kids and grandkids and always tried to teach them about Jesus and his love. She was a Member of the Snow Campaign Chapter of the DAR. She retired from Woodmont Middle School, where she was the school secretary.

A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 3:00 pm in Greenville Memorial Gardens, 7784 Augusta Rd, Piedmont, SC 29673.
