Joseph Brice Turner, Jr.
Joseph Brice Turner, Jr., 81, of Fountain Inn, husband of Rebecca Wentz Turner, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2024.
Born in Greenville, Mr. Turner was a son of the late Joseph B. Turner Sr. and his wife, Dot Watson Turner. He was a graduate of East Mecklenburg High School, and UNCC. He served our country in Vietnam as a paramedic in the U.S. Air Force.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by their two daughters, Beth Moore and her husband, Eddie, and Allison Wilhelm and her husband, Patrick; five grandchildren, Brice and his wife, Rachael, Douglas, and Grace Moore, and Davis and Leila Wilhelm; one great-granddaughter, Evie; a sister, Sally Turner Davis; and one brother, Thomas Watson Turner and his wife, June; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Mickey Davis.
There will be no service, the family will have a gathering at a later date. The family requests that memorials be made to your local Collie or Labrador Rescue in Joe’s name.
