I was saddened to hear about Billy’s passing! As the mother of Kendall, I still cared for him and always wished him well! I remember him studying for his master electrician’s exam and was so proud of him when he came home and told me he passed! He was extremely smart and had a great sense of math that our child received and is using at college. We will miss Billy and pray for his family during this difficult time!
Brian and me are at a loss for words. We are very sad.

Nichole, Christy, and Kendall, my heart goes out to you in this sudden loss.
I know how much your dad loved you and how proud he was of you. I want to give my prayers and good wishes to the extended Putnam family as well.
People say time heals all but I think time softens the edges of grief so you can remember good times. I know there are many great memories.
We will all love and miss you Billy, always.
Love,
Julia
I worked with Bill at Greenville County, and we spoke several months ago about family, and I will never forget that we told each other that we loved each other.
