Diana Waldrep Massey
Diana Waldrep Massey, 71, of Simpsonville, widow of William S. Massey, Jr. went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 30, 2016 while surrounded by her family.
Born August 15, 1944 in Greenville, SC, she was a daughter of the late A.B. Waldrep and the late Evelyn Austin Waldrep.
Mrs. Massey is survived by her son, Chan Franklin, and his wife, Kerry, of Newberry; daughters, Dede Case, and her husband, Randall, of Spartanburg, and Suzanne Terry and her, husband, Will of Greenville; seven grandchildren, Carman Franklin, Jimmy Franklin, Nick Case, Parker Case, Elizabeth Anne Terry, Trip Terry and Chan Terry; one brother, Dick Waldrep of Greenville; and two sisters, Pam Nipper, and her husband, Paul, of Greenville, and Susan Bolton and her husband, Terry, of Easley.
In addition she is survived by daughters, Christine Davis (Jimmy) of Texas, and Michelle Amador (Fed) of Simpsonville; and sons, Scott Massey (Donna) of Tennessee, and Steve Massey (Sara) of Idaho.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Rick Waldrep.
Friends are invited to attend a gathering to honor Diana in The Ministry Center of Taylors First Baptist Church, 200 W Main St, Taylors, SC 29687, at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, August 2, 2016.
A private graveside service for the children and grandchildren will be held in the Taylors First Baptist Church Cemetery prior to the gathering for family and friends.
