Tessie M. Errico

Tessie Errico, 101, of Simpsonville, widow of Anthony G. Errico, died on Saturday, July 9, 2016.

Born April 25, 1915 in Bridgeport, CT, she was a daughter of the late Carlos and Florence Spetrino.

Mrs. Errico is survived by one son, Ken Lawas, and his wife, Rita, of Simpsonville; three grandchildren, Kenneth A. Lawas and his wife, Patricia, of New Hampshire, Kelly A. Fairbairn and her husband, Rick, of Simpsonville, and Matthew A. Lawas of Simpsonville; three great-grandchildren, Owen Fairbairn, Jack Fairbairn and Cameron Brown.

In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.

Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 11:00 am at Heritage Funeral Home for a time of prayer and remembrance.

The family would like to thank the staff at McCall Hospice House for the wonderful care they provided Mrs. Errico. They request that memorials be made to: McCall Hospice House, 1836 W Georgia Rd, Simpsonville, SC 29680.

Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery in Stratford, CT.
