Jane Blanford Flanagan
Jane Blanford Flanagan, 92, passed away peacefully at home with her loving family by her side on 5/22/22. She was predeceased by her parents Lena and Hordley Hughes; husbands William Blanford and Tom Flanagan; and her son in law Michael Stento.
Jane is survived by her daughters Tammy & James Hitt, who she lived with, Terry & Russ Harrington and Kimberly Stento; grandchildren Bradley Marshall and Makenna Harrington; her brother John Hughes; and many other extended family.
Jane was a registered nurse at the Binghamton Psychiatric Center until her retirement in 1990, when she moved to Florida. Our Crafty Lady Jane stayed very busy with her craft classes and bingo with her friends at the senior center in FL and SC. The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at Greenville Memorial Hospital and Hospice of the Foothills.
A gathering of friends will be held on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at Heritage Funeral Home from 4-6 pm and again on Tuesday, May 31, 2022 at Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home in Binghamton, NY from 5-7 pm.

Kim, Terry & Tammy so sad to hear of your mothers passing. She was such a sweet person and I enjoyed visiting with her when she was at Kim’s. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I am I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of your mom she was such a sweet lady. She raised three beautiful women and always put your girls first and did so much with all of us girls in school. She will be missed dearly. Lots of love 💕 and hugs to you all.
