Harold Allen Throne
Harold Allen Throne, 83, of Simpsonville, widower of Connie Throne, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020. Born in Graytown, OH, he was the son of the late Andrew and Eva Whiting Throne.
Harold is survived by his son, Michael Throne and his wife, Kelsey, of Chillicothe, OH; and five grandchildren, Grace, Liza, Walker, Juliana, and Lucy Throne. He also survived by two sisters, Mildred Williams, of Mexico, and Sophia Jones, of Oklahoma.
Other than his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Helen LaValle, and his brother, Raymond Throne.
Harold was a retired letter carrier with the U.S. Postal Service. He became a born-again Christian in 1979 and grew in the Holy Spirit to become a teacher of the Word of God to those around him. He loved to play the guitar and enjoyed playing along with friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
