Linda Parrish Spooner
Linda P. Spooner, 78, of Simpsonville, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, February 17, 2020.
Born in Clover, SC, she was a daughter of the late James & Lois Parrish.
Ms. Spooner is survived by her son, Mitch Crawford and his wife, Beth, of Franklin, TN and their children Collin Crawford, Mary Beth Crutcher (Cody), and Cameron Crawford; and one sister, Shannon Amick of Clover.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 2:30 PM in the Cannon Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Cannon Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home starting at 1:00 PM.
Linda was my first cousin and I loved her very much! I had no idea anything was wrong. May God’s comfort be close to Mitch and family. We did many things together with her and Rooney when they lived in Clover and Charlotte.
So sorry to hear about Linda’s death. She & I graduated Clover High School together in 1959 & shared lots of good memories. We will be praying for the family now & in the days to come. May God bless you all with His peace & comfort during this time.

Linda’s Dad, Jim, & my Grandmother, Martha were brother & sister. My Father spoke often of fun times with Uncle Jim, Aunt Lois, Harry, Linda, Shannon, & Becky during their childhood. Linda came to Clover for my Father’s funeral in Oct 2018.
She was very kind & I appreciated it so much! I am thinking of you all during this sad time. I pray lovely memories fill up the sad places. My prayers for peace are with you all!
