Qianzhong Dai

Mr. Qianzhong Dai, 92, of 550 Horton Grove Rd, went to the Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at McCall Hospice.

Mr.Dai was born in Hunan Province, China on December 21, 1927. He was a son of the late Xueyuan Dai and Fangshi. He graduated from the Wuhan University, China in 1953. As an outstanding Senior Civil Structural Engineer, he was listed In the Dictionary of Chinese Experts. On the 70th Anniversary of the Founding of China, he was awarded with a prestigious medal.
Mr. Dai and his wife moved to USA in 1998 and stayed together with his son and daughter since then. In 2013, he accepted Jesus Christ as his savor and was baptized in China.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his one sister and two younger brothers.

In addition to his wife, Manjing, Mr. Dai is survived by one son, Lu Dai and his wife, Shirley Shaw, of NY; one daughter, Liya Liu and her husband, Adam Liu, of Greer; and three grandchildren, Daniel Dai, Sarai Dai, and Alex Liu. Mr. And Mrs. Dai also raised Mrs. Dai’s younger brother Jing Tang and younger sister Baiyun Tang as their own flesh.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 1, 2020 starting at 10:00 am at Cannon Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 am with burial in Cannon Memorial Park.

戴前忠先生，居住于南卡罗莱纳州格里尔市霍顿格罗夫路五百五十号，于二〇二〇年一月廿六日主日，在麦考尔临终关怀中心蒙主宠召，安息主怀，享年九十二岁。
戴先生，湖南省资兴县人，生于一九二七年十二月廿一日，父亲戴学元，母亲方氏。他于一九五三年毕业于中国武汉大学，曾任教授级高级工程师，被列入中国专家大辞典，获中共中央军委颁赠建国七十周年纪念章。
一九九八年，戴先生戴太太移居美国与子女同住，后又回国。戴先生于2013年他八十六岁生日因信主耶稣基督在河南省洛阳市受洗归主。他继姐姐和两位弟弟之后离世。遗属妻子戴唐蔓菁，儿子戴路，儿媳戴邵惠，居于美国纽约市，女儿刘戴莉娅、女婿刘悦，居于南卡州格里尔市。孙子戴以理，外孙女戴瑞宁，外孙刘予宁。戴先生戴太太亦抚养戴太太的弟弟唐京及妹妹唐白云。戴家定于二〇二〇年二月一日，周六上午十时开始戴前忠先生告别仪式，上午十一时追思礼拜，地点在Cannon Funeral Home, 诚请主内同道同工，亲朋好友拨冗参加。
