Dawn K. Oliver

Dawn K. Oliver, 60, of Simpsonville passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2013, with her family by her side. She was the daughter of the late Alfred Leon Kirkpatrick and surviving mother, Mrs. Edith McCarty Kirkpatrick.

Ms. Oliver is also survived by her son, Chris Oliver and his wife, Erin of Simpsonville and two grandchildren, Aiden and Ellison; brothers, Al and Bill Kirkpatrick; three sisters, Lisa Seymour, Jane Council, and Darlene Bradley.

Ms. Oliver was a 1971 graduate of Anniston High School in Anniston, Alabama. She was of the Methodist faith and worked as a government employee.

Her family would like to express their thanks to Diamond Health and Rehab in Simpsonville, S.C. and to the I.C.U. staff at Hillcrest Hospital for their loving and compassionate care.

Receiving of friends will be on Monday, October 14, 2013, at 2:00 pm in Anniston, Alabama at Anniston Memorial Chapel, 3865 U.S. Hwy 431 North. A Graveside Service will follow.
