Ruthie was a staple in my young life! GA leader, choir member, mentor. She loved us. We loved her. And Wallace, too.
So sad to hear of Ruthie passing, but I know she is with Jesus and Lola. I miss both of them so much. Ruthie truly had a love for all children. She touched so many lives. I will treasure my memories of her. I 😥🙏💕
Lovingly known as “Miss Ruthie” by our three daughters, she played such an important role in their lives. They loved her so much and always saw Christ shining through her. “Miss Ruthie”, you are home, you are free. See you real soon!
Sorry for your loss. Always had a sweet loving spirit.
I grew up knowing Miss Ruthie at Temple Baptist Church. She was a role model for the girls in the church. She gave so freely of her time. You could see Christ shining through her. May the Lord be with Mr Wallace and comfort him in this time of loss. -Lynn Barbrey Day

Wallace, we are saddened with the passing of Ruthie. Kirby grew up with you two and I met you in 1956, when I moved to Simponville. Much love and prayers.
