Joseph ‘Joe’ Wayne Ingle

Joe Ingle, 80, of Simpsonville, husband of Kate Ingle for 58 years, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 while surrounded by his family.

Born in Whitsett, NC, he was a son of the late Carl Brower Ingle and the late Jennie Hoffman Ingle.

In addition to his wife, Kate, he is survived by three sons, Layne Ingle and his wife, Cami, of Simpsonville, Blane Ingle of Simpsonville, and Ron Worcester and his wife, Cheri, of GA; one daughter, Kim Griffith and her husband, Todd, of Fountain Inn; grandchildren, Kaela, Erin, Chris, Nick, Ryan and J.C.; great-grandchildren, Kaden and Madison; and two brothers, Jerry and Tony.

Mr. Ingle was preceded in death by five sisters and two brothers.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Unity Baptist Church with Pastor Larry Ledford officiating. Burial will follow in Cannon Memorial Park with military honors. The family will receive friends following the committal service in Cannon Park.
