Helen D. Billig passed away while at home on Wednesday, August 22, 2018. Born in the Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Feliciano Valdez and the late Feliza Bautista Valdez.
A visitation will be held on Friday, August 24, 2018 at Cannon Funeral Home from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church beginning at 12:00 pm.
