Jonathan Glenn Robertson
Jonathan G. Robertson, 44, of Piedmont, passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018 while surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Greenville, he was a son of Glenn Robertson and Barbara Robertson Walbridge and father to Diana Robertson. “Known for his movie star smile and his outgoing personality he was always a lot of fun to be around. He will be greatly missed by all of us.”
In addition to his daughter, Diana, and her mom, Amanda Robertson, Jonathan is survived by his dad, Glenn (Renna) Robertson of Piedmont; his mom, Barbara R. (David) Walbridge of Piedmont; his sister, Wendy (Charlie Sprouse) Robertson of Simpsonville; his maternal grandmother, Mildred Kuykendall Hicks; a step-sister, Angie (Doug) Fowler of Conestee; two step-brothers, Chris (Lisa) Hellams of Seneca, and B.J. (Mandie) Hellams of Fountain Inn; nieces, Cameron (Trey) Creamer, Brianne Hellams, and Meghan Cobb; nephews, Cody Sprouse, Taylor Sprouse, Tristian Fowler, Bryce Fowler, Avery Hellams, Blake Hellams, and Jay Cobb; and a great-nephew, Tanner Creamer. The family would also like to thank Jonathan’s girlfriend, Tasha, for the care, love and support that she provided him until the end.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 29, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Cannon Funeral Home Chapel in Fountain Inn with Pastor Sammy Scott and Pastor Larry Clayton officiating. The family will receive friends starting at 9:30 AM prior to the service.
Flowers will be accepted and/or donations appreciated to Diana’s savings/college fund at BB&T Bank, Piedmont, SC.
We are so sorry to hear about Jonathan. We have very fond memories of him and although, we had lost touch, still loved him dearly. Praying for you and your family.

Glenn and Renna, I am so sorry about your son. Losing a child is the hardest thing to deal with. I am praying that you both will be leaning on Jesus during g this difficult time and that you will find peace. I love you, my friends.
