Michael Glantzis
Michael Glantzis, 80, of Simpsonville passed away on Wednesday, June 20, 2018. Born in Athens, Greece, he was the son of the late Nicholas and Marianthi Glantzis.
Mike came to the United States in 1968. He worked as a stone craftsman and was the owner of European Craftsman Marble, Granite, & Tile in Greenville.
Michael is survived by two daughters, Maryanne Moore, and her husband, Jessie, of Anderson, and Christine Beck, and her husband, John, of Simpsonville; and three grandchildren, Julia Beck, Jessica Moore, and Annie Holcombe, and her husband, Matthew. He is also survived by Maryanne and Christine’s mother, Loula Glantzis, along with his four brothers and their families.
A visitation will be held Monday, June 25, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm at Cannon Funeral Home in Fountain Inn.
A Funeral Service will be at St. George Greek Orthodox Church in Greenville on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 12:00 pm.
Entombment will be in the Cannon Memorial Park Chapel Mausoleum.
What a great friend and true craftsman he was. He will greatly be missed
