Deane Stone Cooper

Deane Stone Cooper passed away on October 15, 2013 at her home. She was the daughter of the late Alvin Dean and Mary Ethel Stone. She was the widow of Harold L. Cooper, Sr.

She was a homemaker and was a member at Fountain Inn Presbyterian Church. She was a devout Christian who loved music and the Bible.

She is survived by a daughter, Kitty Holtzclaw and husband George; a son, Leslie Cooper and wife Lesley; grandchildren: Zachary Holtzclaw, Lauren Ross, and Lacey Cooper; great-granddaughter, Lanie Ross; sister, Iris Rose Mabry; and brother, Lanier Stone.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mozelle Goodwin and Frances McDowell; and one brother, Carroll Stone.

Funeral Services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Friday, October 18, 2013, at Cannon Funeral Home Chapel, Fountain Inn. Entombment will follow the service at Cannon Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at the Funeral Home.
