Michael Tracy Taylor

Michael Tracy Taylor, age 45, husband of Charlotte Taylor, passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at McCall Hospice House.

Born in Greenville, he was a son of the late Samuel Edward, Sr. and Mary Teresa McFarlin Taylor. He was an employee of Wal-Mart Distribution and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

In addition to his wife of 15 years, Mr. Taylor is survived by three children, Michelle Ashton Taylor, Austin Michael Taylor, and Christopher Stanley Taylor; two brothers, Samuel Edward Taylor, Jr. and John Walter Taylor; and a sister, Angela Sue Taylor.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 3:00 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at the corner of Neely Ferry Road and Harrison Bridge Road in Simpsonville conducted by Bishop Norman G. Powell with entombment in Cannon Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm prior to the service at the church.
