Tommy Russell Crowe

Tommy Russell Crowe, 68 of Fountain Inn, SC passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, February 28, 2012. He was born on August 5, 1943 in Simpsonville, South Carolina to General Dee & Ola Sue Burnette Crowe. Tommy enjoyed life and loved Clemson Tigers football, golfing, fishing but especially loved and adored his grandchildren.

Tommy is survived by his loving wife Judy Brown Crowe, his sons Dr. Anthony “Todd” Crowe and his wife Johnna and Tommy “Russell” Crowe II and his wife Kim, his step daughter Cherlyn Holmes and her husband John, his step son Kevin Sides, his grandchildren Tyler, Anna Foster and Caroline Crowe, Eli and Anna Reese Crowe, his step grandchildren Colby and Grant Holmes, his sisters Ovalee Hughes, Jeanette Gibson and Barbara Taylor, also many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Tommy is predeceased by his parents and brothers Donald & General D. Crowe

Tommy’s family wishes to send their sincere gratitude to Open Arms Hospice and especially his nurse Denise Cyr.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Cannon Memorial Park Funerals and Cremations in Fountain Inn. A Funeral Service celebrating Tommy’s life will be held on Thursday March 1, 2012, 3:00pm in the Chapel at Cannon Memorial Park Funerals and Cremations Fountain Inn. Entombment will follow at Cannon Memorial Park Cemetery in Fountain Inn.
