Edward “Eddie” Charles Case

Eddie Case, 65, of Fountain Inn, husband of Kathy Case, died unexpectedly on Saturday, August 5, 2017.

Born in Greenville, he was the son of the late Charles D. Case and the late Willis Edwards Case. Eddie was a lifetime member of Fountain Inn First Baptist Church. He was employed most recently as City Administrator of Simpsonville after a lifetime of service to Fountain Inn.

In addition to his wife, Kathy, Eddie is survived by two daughters, Shannon and Crystal Case, both of the home; three grandchildren, Landon Case, Anna Marie Dow and Jayden Chapman; and one sister, Ann Case and her husband, George Hammond, of Fountain Inn. He is also survived by a special friend, Frances Ward.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, August 8, 2017 from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Home Simpsonville.

A Celebration of Eddie’s Life will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Fountain Inn First Baptist Church with Dr. Condy Richardson officiating.
Interment will be in Cannon Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to: Fountain Inn FBC General Fund, Connie Maxwell Children’s Home, or to North Greenville University’s Ministerial Scholarship Fund.
