Colonel William “Bill” R. Osborne, 71, of Fountain Inn, SC, husband of Elizabeth H. Osborne, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. Born in Rock Hill, SC, he was the son of the late Gene L. Osborne and Patsy Garman Osborne.

In addition to his wife, Bill is survived by two sons, Dan Osborne and his wife, Katie Bates, and Robert Osborne.
