Charles David Tollison

Charles David Tollison, 80, of Fountain Inn, husband of Shirley Turner Tollison for 60 years, went to be with His Lord and Savior on Wednesday, May 17, 2017.

Born in Greenville, SC he was a son of the late Allen Tollison and the late Edna Woods Tollison. Mr. Tollison was a long-time member of Hillside Baptist Church and the Fork Shoals Masonic Lodge.

In addition to his wife, Shirley, he is survived by one son, Michael David Tollison, and his wife, Emilie, of Fountain Inn; three grandchildren, Michelle (Michael) Sawyer of Fountain Inn, Marinea (Dallas) Wooley of GA, and Lakenn Babb of Mauldin; three great-grandchildren, Bentley Sawyer, Rylie Sawyer, and Killian Wooley; one brother, Donnie (Debbie) Tollison of Fountain Inn; and one sister, Faye Hendrix also of Fountain Inn.

Cryptside services will be held on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 2:00 PM in Cannon Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to a charity of one’s choice.
