Eleanor May Lake, 74, of Simpsonville, loving wife of Richard Lake, passed away on Wednesday, September 4, 2024.
Born in Cortland, NY, she was a daughter of the late Eugene and Ernestine Batsford.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Karen (James) Crow; stepchildren, Mike (Carrie) Lake, Angie (Jim) Maxsween, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and siblings Donnie Batsford, Darlene Jarvis, Linda (Kim) Armstrong, and Tina Personius.
She was preceded in death by a son, Ernest Grant, and a brother, Bill Batsford.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 7, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Church 247, 160 Deer Rd., Inman, SC 29349.
