Jay was an incredible cook. He was passionate the small details— the spices, the ingredients, the presentation — he cared about it all. Jay was a big toothy grin with beautiful pearly whites and smiling eyes, ready to help at any available opportunity. Jay was thoughtful and aimed to do his very best. Jay loved the chance to prove his convictions right but in the most gentlemanly way. Jay was a great person, one we were proud to call our friend. Praying for the entire Batchelor family during this difficult time.
